My art has become a record of my experiences. Travel and people are my passion and painting has become my way of recording and preserving these special memories. To date my travels have taken me to many fascinating countries and plans are always on for the next exciting adventure. The vast majority of my paintings depict people that I have met in each one of these places and each has its own story. I hope to capture each individual's personality and circumstance, whether it be joy, sorrow, or peaceful reflection, and I strive to elicit the same emotion from the viewer that I experienced on location with my subjects.
